Oracle: How to solve ORA-16810 ORA-16809 ORA-16854 in DataGuard
When moving Oracle manual standby database, I got these eror:

Warning: ORA-16854: apply lag could not be determined

ERROR
I tried several things, like clearing log files:
SQL> alter database clear logfile group 1;
But I get this error:
